Return Policy

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.

Items must have attached tags, unwashed, unworn and unaltered, and have no stains to receive store credit or item replacement. Sale items, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Hassle-Free United States Returns

Returns will be received as store credit or item replacement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, within 2-3 business days, store credit or item replacement will be granted, dependent upon your choice. You can send returns to us with your own shipping. Exchanges and Store Credit

Since our items sell out quickly, it is usually best to return your items for a refund and place an order for the items you are wanting. If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice. If you wish to get store credit instead of a replacement, please note so on your invoice.

Palms Boutique ships all merchandise via USPS. Shipping times may vary. All orders are shipped the next business day if your item is in stock for a flat rate of $8.95. You do have the option for next day delivery for in stock items at an additional cost. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sundays or any holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All Orders over $150 receive FREE STANDARD Shipping.


Shipping

All orders placed will be processed within 1- 3 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday & holidays) from the date of purchase. Pre-ordered items will be processed near the date you have selected for delivery. If we happen to have it in stock, it will be shipped right away. An email notification will be sent to you should there be any delay in your order. You may then decide to either cancel your order, or proceed with the new delivery time.

When USPS Express Mail is chosen as the preferred method of delivery, your purchase will be shipped the same day for next day delivery dependent upon time order was received.

Please allow at least 24 hours for us to obtain payment approval for all credit card purchases. Your order will not be shipped until payment is cleared. When returning an item either for store credit or replacement, it may take up to 2 business days for the credit to be posted to your account and up 2-3 business days for replacement item (if in stock).

As there are several shipping methods offered, be sure to select the quickest most secure method of delivery so that you may receive your order in a timely manner. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received in order for us to ship your order. We will not be held responsible for errors in shipping address provided. Postage will be charged to your credit card to re-deliver the package.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the distance the package is shipped to from Quincy, Florida, USA to your destination.
